Arachnophobia

Yes that is a taranchula.  I walked outside to take out the trash and saw a huge black thing above my window.  I new exactly what it was and hurried inside.(I really really hate spiders)  When Tom got home I made him go out and get it. I think he was a little scared (he will never admit it) he then looked on the internet and thought it would be fun to keep it as a pet.  But don't worry it is long gone, he took it to work and let it go (at least I hope so..)  What I want to know is how it came to my house? and if there are more?

That old art gallery I used to work at in Silver Reef always got taranchulas coming from the mountains at the end of Agust every year. SICK!

A: That is the creepiest thing ever
B: Love Tom's big old gloves :]
C: I think you should move to some place cold that doesn't grow spiders like that. I know of a place.....

We caught one in our garage last summer that was a little smaller than yours. They creep me out to and can't stand the thought of more of them running around!! AAAHHHHH!

YUCK! That is awful. Thank the heavens that Tom was able to catch it. What is it with the guys and wanting to keep everything as a pet? We found a scorpion in our garage and Jason was so excited to put him in a jar as the new family pet! Yah, you can guess who won that argument. I am glad that Tom handled that for you!
