Costa Rica Part 3-Our many adventures
Here is our back yard. The swimming pool was amazing!!
Here is the front of the house we stayed at.
It does not give it justice.
All the showers were open to the outside, they brought the outside inside whenever possible.
Cool rocks and and wood floors, and the whole back of the house was glass.
It was awesome to all stay together, instead of in a hotel. The best part was filipe.
He did our laundry every day, and was the nicest guy!
Are first stop was the San Jose temple. We didn't have church clothes
(we were only allowed a carry on backpack...for the whole 10 days)
My dad did not want to check in anything...
So we only had street clothes but luckily they had bathrooms on the outside to change into nicer clothes. It was so awesome, everyone was so nice, even though they spoke Spanish, and only my dad and brothers speak, we had head phones to help us out.
We stayed at the first house the last 7 days, and then the Arenal lodge the first 2 days. This was the view. It was amazing!!
We tried this pizza place (I know what you are thinking) It was sooo yummy! I think we all needed a little break from the traditional dish of rice and beans.
One stop on the ATV's
Lunch was included, it was of course rice and beans and excellent chicken.. We are very dirty from the ATV so don't look too close.
My dad was the odd man out, so he rode the moterbike, and I got to take a turn, it was so fun!!
It was zippy! I loved it!
Did I say yet, that Tom and I flipped the ATV on us going up a hill,
My mom was so scared, luckily I had a cushy back pack on since I landed on my back, tom landed on me, and the ATV landed on us both.
(tom was driving in case anyone was wondering)
We look sooo awesome!
All cleaned up we tried this amazing place called Lemon Zest.
This guy was an amazing chef that came from florida. The food was so good.
I actually tried duck and it was sooo yummy!
(I think was the only time my hair was done)

WOW! That looks like an amazing trip! I want to go too! You look so cute on that bike! What a blast! The temple is so beautiful too. White Water rafting looked awesome too! And all of those Crocs! What an awesome trip it must have been!?! :)
So so fun! Looks like your family knows how to vacation in style!! Glad you guys got to take a fun trip.
