Barbie Fashion Show
We had Lyvi's Birthday Party on Saturday. We ended up doing a Barbie Fashion Show, and did a joint party with Eden Todd; she turned 5. It was my friends idea to do the Barbie Fashion show, and I knew Lyvi would love it too!
And the back side. It is hard to read but it tells them when and where and tells them to wear their most glamorous attire and bring their favorite Barbie. We also sent a card that they had to fill out and bring back with there name, height, what they were wearing and their favorite things to do. A lot of people were very creative. Brooke was Our MC, me the photographer; as they walked done the runway she read their cards. So for the first half of the party we got ready for the runway.
We played a game like pretty princess. They would spin and collect the items. So if they got makeup they would go get their makeup done, nails, a barbie tattoo put on, and then they got cute sunglasses, necklace, ring and bracelet. The girls loved this and couldn't wait to get their stuff done. So I played the game with the girls...
And brooke did makeup, Tom did tattoos, and my cousin Amanda and her friend Maddi {who happens to be my sister in laws, sister in law- did I confuse you? }did nails.
This is the beautiful cake that Brooke made. It turned out sooooo cute!! And bonus it was delicious. I seriously ate a huge chunk all by myself when I got home.
Here is the other birthday girl about to walk the runway. I took pictures and don't worry everyone we got everyones and they will get a copy after I edit them.
Here is lyvi walking the runway. She was a little nervous, with 14 other girls watching her. All the girls did so cute! I wish I would have recorded it, but my other camera died.
Here are some decorations.... We did pink and purple popcorn along with all their accessories as party favors.

Your party looks like a BIG success! So cute. I like the invites too. ;)
It was seriously the cutest party! Emma had a blast! I can't wait to see her picture. The girls all felt so special :)
the parties turned out so cute! You are so creative and did an excellent job, but I do have one question....Where did my little girls go!?!
What a busy time of year for us huh? My parties are just beginning now. I have to admit I did NOT see where it said bring your fav. barbie. I guess I was too wrapped up in the cuteness of the invite. Alyvia is such a cutie!!!
Wow - both of your parties turned out so cute! For my sake, let's just hope I never have a girl because I don't think I could pull off everything you do!
It was such a cute party idea and one that I may copy when Maddie's older! Maddie had a ton of fun and was very sad when her tattoo finally wore off! That cake was amazing..great job Brooke!
