Staheli Farms: A yearly Tradition
The little joy school in our neighborhood planned a trip to Staheli farms. Since Brooke knew I really wanted to take my kids she invited us to tag along. They kids had SO much fun, except for our Emma when she found out we had gone, she was pretty ticked she didn't get to go to.
They absolutely loved the tire horses!!
I was definitely nervous to have them climbing this little ladder, even though there were safety sides, I kept thinking it could break or something. But the kids loved to climb to the top and check out the scope at the top.
At the end they tried swinging from the ropes onto the mattress. Ricki helped them get onto the swings. Lyvi went, and then when it was little Emma {Jenson's} turn she got up and swung flipped and landed head down in between the mattress. I wish I could have gotten a picture. It was really funny after, but we thought she was hurt. Here little legs were just flying in the air, and her head was missing between the mattress. I was watching her while Heather had an appointment and so I was scared. But she was fine, and did it several more times. Then Chloe was up. I know I am a nervous wreck now. But I am grateful for my friends who are the same. They all worry about her now too, and help to keep an eye out, and it means a lot.
Chloe followed the lady while she was showing the kids, and keep asking her questions {which she probably couldn't understand} and trying to touch it. It was pretty funny.. After I got the pic I wanted I made her sit down so the other kids could see it {What can I say, i had to get a good shot?}
Alyvia didn't want her to get too close
I love our neighborhood, and that we have such great friends that are the same age as my kids.... and that they love to do fun stuff with them too. We seriously have the GREATEST FRIENDS!!!
{Sorry about the black at the top. I edited the pictures, but uploaded the wrong ones, and really didn't want to go back and change them and there is a bunch of my friends daughter, so I didn't have to email them, so she can just take them. I am not feeling great, and am just being lazy, plus I have like 5 sessions to edit, and 3 coming up this week to take so right now I hate my computer...}
