I looked at the Before picture of Chloe in the post below, it is an awful picture, so I just wanted to post a  little bit cuter one.  She is doing lots better.  There are a few things that she does that she didn't before, like getting really mad, and at least once a day she breaks out in baby talk, it is weird, but we have been trying to make her crawl around so hopefully that helps.  We are just so glad she is still here with us!!
