Thanksgiving Day

4:58 PM OUR FULL HOUSE 5 Comments

The Family Home evening before thanksgiving we decided to make a grateful tree of everything we are grateful for.  Tom designed the tree, and we cut out leaves.  And then we all took turns saying what we are grateful for.  I hope it helped our kids see how much we truly have!
{I got the idea from seventoes.blogspot.com}
For thanksgiving we went over to Tom's parents house in the morning.  Ate dinner with them, and then went over to my parents house for a second dinner and dessert.  We played games and just hung out.  During dinner, Emma decided to ask everyone what they were grateful for.  We ended up all taking turns telling why we were grateful.  My grandparents were there, and my Aunts and Uncles and it was very special to hear everyone and know what they are grateful for.  Hope everyone had a happy thanksgiving!!
