Our November
I completely missed Thanksgiving pictures.
We went to Saint George and stayed with my family. All of my mom's sisters and some of their kids, and my grandma and grandpa came. And than us, and Eric and Eliza. There were 18 total. Mom and I cooked most of the dinner; well mostly my mom, did dinner. It was fun to be in the kitchen with her.
We went to our annual movie with the Stucki's; We saw the Muppets. It was cute. We love this tradition, and I always eat too much popcorn!!!
For the past few years the girls have gone with their Nanny and Papa to get a real Christmas tree. They love this tradition { and I especially do; since I get to go shopping and do after Thanksgiving stuff for 7 hours with out them-- It is definitely a great tradition!!!}
Tom had to go home right after Thanksgiving to work and missed my fun black friday shopping trip. We went out 9:15pm to Walmart. My little brother Eric and his wife - Eliza. They didn't really need anything so they helped me fight off the crowd and collect all my stuff for the kids. Eric was wrestling tons of people for a box of legos... We ditched the cart and hands full ran to the front. Since we didn't have a cart we made it 3rd in line. You could start shopping at 10pm and at 10:22 we were out the door and in the car. I think it was my favorite shopping trip ever!! I got SOOO much stuff for awesome deals and got to go to bed early.
My new nephew was blessed on Sunday which worked out perfect so we could see it. My brother did a great job. It was such a neat experience!
Since Tom went home he was kind enough to set up the tree and put on the lights; so the Monday after Thanksgiving we decorated it.
It's pretty much the same pictures as last year, same tree, same decorations.
Just a different house and everyone is one year older.
Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving and is not going crazy with all the holiday madness!!
Next hurdle Christmas cards. Hopefully they will get out before Christmas.
