Donuts in bed.  Perfect way to start the day.  The boys love that they are now old enough to participate in the fun family tradition.  Since this year her birthday landed on a Sunday we went with store boughten tiny donut bites.  Not as good but Alyvia thought it would be fun to eat 8 donuts for her 8th birthday.  You can't do that with full size donuts!!  She got a new bike but then got birthday money and decided to trade it in for a moped scooter.  It took a week for it to get here but she was so excited! I love the awesome pics I got of the boys, they are growing up so fast!

What to say about Alyvia. 

She has grown up so much in the past few years. 

She is my best little buddy. 

If I need to run errands she always wants to come.

She loves mommy daughter dates.

If I ask someone to help she is always the first to volunteer.

She loves to organize.

She loves that her hair is growing long, and keeps saying just a few more inches.

I shouldn't admit this but the other day I was doing sprints and Lyvi joined in.  She totally beat me a few times.  She is a great little runner & is now thinking she wants to be a runner and my new running partner.   

 I can't believe how grown up she is!!  

I love this little girl with all my heart! She is such a sweetie and I am so grateful to have her in my life!
