Alyvia wanted a despicable me party, and since is a special year we went with it.  Ordered a cute minion cake.  She really just wanted to watch the movie, months before she drew out plans for her big party. I wasn't quite sure what to do before the movie and then when we did the mixed up valentines dinner she had SOOO much fun that I asked her if she would want to do the same thing, different food, and menus.  She was super excited and that made it easy for me! So I made up some Menus, invites, and decorations to go with the theme.  It was actually one of the easiest parties I've ever done.  It was so nice.  We bought some movie treats for the kids and everyone seemed to have lots of fun.  The whole family dressed in yellow and blue...we're cheesy like that!
