April fools!!

We have made it a tradition to do something to the kids on april fools, we went with something simple but super funny! We  painted faces with marker on the girls.

Had my Nickel Auction, invited all the neighbors and a few friends from before we moved.  Had a great turn out and had lots of fun!  I bought a cute rug for $1.25, towels for $4.40, some yummy shaving cream from nordstroms for a few dollars, and a makeup case for $2.20.  It was awesome!

Got the girls room finally finished.

Hung cute crazy hair pictures on my bedroom wall.

Hung up my "S" wall

Bought this adorable planting container and some cute fresh flowers for myself!

My brother came up for conference weekend and Eric's birthday.

Made this conference kit to keep the kids busy.  They loved it!  I just got on pinterest and found tons and printed my favorite stuff from each site.

We had 4 babies 2 and under, let's just say it wasn't easy to hear.  I am grateful for technology that allows me to got on every day and listen to a talk that I didn't quite hear with all the kids talking!!

The weather has been amazing and we are trying to be more active.  We have been going to the park and talking more walks, the kids thought it would be funny to jump on and make dad push {that only lasted minutes!}  My grandma lives right up the street from us so we get to see her all the time.  It is so fun to live so close.  We have them for dinner, they invite us for dessert, and we can just walk.  It's heaven!!

More sock hair do's

Love having 2! I finally feel like I'm not drowning with them, they play together and are so cute together.  The other day at the park, Carter was throwing a tantrum {he just launches himself on the ground and screams - I have never had a kid that does this so dramatically - it is a little embarrassing}  anyways Crew runs over and gives him a hand and helps him up.  He then proceeds in wanting the water bottle {not ours} which I tell him "no he can't" and he goes back into another tantrum and again Crew runs over and helps him up.  All the mothers are Ewing and Awing, and I'm thinking how cute it is but then also thinking I am in big trouble with these tantrums he can throw!!

Brittany your house is darling!!! I love your style of decorating!! The conference baskets are darling too. I do have to say the conference store and money were a huge hit! It was the first year I have done it and I will definitely do it again. A fun side note is that I grew up knowing sister reeves. She is a really good friend of my aunt and her daughter married my cousin. Small works huh?! ;)
